Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor ICT systems and servers
• Manage system security, access, and backups
• Troubleshoot ICT hardware and software issues
• Implement disaster recovery and system upgrades
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Computer Engineering
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, CISA, PMP, ITIL are added advantages
• Minimum 2 years experience as Systems Administrator
• Strong experience with Windows & Linux systems
