Diageo, through its East African Breweries business, is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Lead to ensure reliable, secure and effective technology services supporting employees and business operations.
The role focuses on IT service performance, infrastructure, cybersecurity, vendor management, digital workplace technologies and continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Lead IT service delivery and monitor service performance against agreed standards.

Coordinate responses to major IT incidents and service disruptions.

Manage external IT service providers, suppliers and support partners.

Oversee infrastructure, networks, connectivity and end-user technology.

Ensure effective technology asset management and IT operational controls.

Promote cybersecurity compliance, technology risk management and business continuity.

Support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams and other enterprise collaboration platforms.

Identify opportunities to improve productivity through automation, analytics and AI-enabled tools.

Support Power BI reporting, Power Platform adoption and digital transformation.

Manage IT service budgets, technology expenditure and cost optimisation.

Coordinate stakeholder engagement, service reviews and IT support teams.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related discipline.

Minimum 7 years' experience managing IT services in complex corporate or multi-site environments.

Strong knowledge of IT Service Management practices.

ITIL certification or equivalent experience is preferred.

Experience managing technology vendors and outsourced IT support.

Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity and digital workplace technologies.

Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and OneDrive.

Familiarity with Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform.

Understanding of data governance, automation and Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
