Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement cluster learning and development strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Identify current and future capability needs across teams and functions.
• Design learning journeys, certification pathways, and training programs for key roles.
• Conduct regular learning needs assessments with HR and business leaders.
• Develop learning frameworks, curricula, and capability‑building programs.
• Support career path development and succession planning initiatives.
• Ensure quality and consistency of learning content across the organization.
• Promote digital learning using LMS platforms and e‑learning tools.
• Establish learning KPIs and dashboards to track impact and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 5–7 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or HR Development.
• Experience in digital, fintech, banking, telecom, or fast‑paced environments is an added advantage.
• Experience working in multicultural or multi‑country environments preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of learning and development principles and methodologies.
• Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence, collaborate, and build trust across teams.
