KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily logistics and transport operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Coordinate fleet scheduling, dispatch, and delivery execution
- Manage communication between drivers, clients, and service providers
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational challenges promptly
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation
- Support cost control and continuous operational performance improvement activities
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in logistics, transport, or operations management
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and operate with minimal supervision
