Key Responsibilities
•Plan, coordinate, and monitor all logistics operations, including marine transport and cargo handling
•Manage fleet scheduling, route planning, and fuel efficiency
•Oversee inventory control and warehouse operations
•Ensure compliance with safety, maritime, and regulatory standards
•Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to streamline operations
•Monitor logistics performance metrics and implement efficiency improvements
•Prepare and submit reports on logistics performance and operational costs
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
•Minimum of 5 years experience in logistics management, preferably in the maritime or transport industry
•Strong leadership and organizational skills
•Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
•Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
•Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations will be an added advantage
