TEN Ventures Co. is recruiting on behalf of a client operating in the gifting and lifestyle industry.
The business provides curated gifts, corporate hampers, event planning, decorations and personalised experiences that help customers celebrate important moments.
The company is seeking a creative, data-driven Marketing Manager to strengthen brand visibility, develop effective marketing campaigns and drive sales among individual and corporate customers.
The successful candidate will coordinate seasonal campaigns, manage digital marketing activities, maintain consistent brand communication and use performance insights to support business growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Campaign Execution

Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for holidays, corporate gifting seasons and product launches.

Develop promotional campaigns around Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Eid, Christmas and other gifting occasions.

Manage campaign budgets, implementation timelines and key performance indicators (KPIs) for paid and organic campaigns.
Digital Marketing

Run and optimise advertisements on Instagram, TikTok and other relevant digital platforms.

Oversee email and WhatsApp marketing flows for customer upselling and retention.

Collaborate with design and content teams to produce advertisements, landing pages and social media content focused on conversions.
Brand Management and Content

Maintain a consistent brand voice across the website, social media, product packaging and email communications.

Collaborate with influencers, content creators and corporate partners to improve brand visibility.

Identify gifting trends and popular cultural developments and incorporate relevant insights into campaigns.
Analytics and Business Growth

Track marketing performance and report results weekly.

Analyse business trends and identify prospective customers.

Assess market penetration and recommend growth opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education
A qualification in one of the following areas:
Experience
-
At least two years of marketing experience.

At least one to two years of experience in e-commerce, retail or gifting/lifestyle brands.
Skills and Competencies

Strong copywriting skills.

Excellent interpersonal communication.

Ability to prepare effective creative briefs.

Results-oriented approach.

Creativity combined with analytical decision-making.
Salary and Benefits
Monthly Salary: TZS 800,000.
