Job Description

A Branding and Marketing Agency, Seen Africa in Dar es Salaam is seeking an experienced Sales & Operations Officer to join its team.

The opportunity is suitable for a results-oriented professional with experience in B2B sales, customer account management and operational coordination within branding, marketing or out-of-home (OOH) advertising agencies.

The employer is looking for a candidate who can contribute to business development and effectively manage assigned operational activities.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

At least one year of relevant sales experience in a Branding, Marketing or OOH Advertising Agency.
Demonstrated experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales.
Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.
Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, presentations and professional email communication.
Familiarity with AI tools used in professional work.
Skills in B2B Sales, Account Management and Operations Management.

Salary and Commission

The advertised remuneration package includes:

Monthly Basic Salary: TZS 600,000–800,000

Sales Commission: 10% of the first order received from a new client.
