Job Overview
The Marketing Manager will lead sales and marketing campaigns designed to expand the company's market reach, attract customers and promote memorable gifting experiences.
The successful candidate will oversee seasonal promotions, digital advertising, brand communications and marketing performance analysis.
This position requires commercial creativity, strong communication abilities and the capacity to manage measurable marketing campaigns.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management
- Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for holidays, corporate gifting seasons and product launches.
- Develop seasonal promotions around Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Eid, Christmas and other gifting periods.
- Manage campaign budgets, implementation timelines and performance indicators.
- Coordinate paid and organic marketing activities.
2. Digital Marketing and Customer Engagement
- Run and optimise social media advertisements on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
- Oversee email and WhatsApp marketing flows.
- Develop campaigns that support customer retention and additional sales.
- Collaborate with design and content teams on advertisements, landing pages and social content designed to convert customers.
3. Brand Management and Content Development
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across the website, social media, packaging and email.
- Collaborate with influencers, content creators and corporate partners.
- Identify emerging gifting and pop-culture trends.
- Translate relevant trends into timely marketing campaigns.
4. Marketing Analytics and Business Growth
- Monitor marketing performance and commercial trends.
- Prepare weekly reports on business trends, new prospects and market penetration.
- Use campaign performance information to support marketing decisions.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Educational Qualifications
Applicants must possess a Bachelor's Degree in one of the following:
- Marketing.
- Business Administration.
- Communications or Public Relations.
Professional Experience
- At least two years of marketing experience.
- Including one to two years in e-commerce, retail or gifting/lifestyle brands.
Required Skills
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication.
- Ability to prepare effective creative briefs.
- A creative, commercially focused and results-oriented approach.
