About the Role
Oraimo Tanzania is seeking a strategic and innovative Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and support business growth across Tanzania.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, marketing agencies, media partners, and external stakeholders to execute impactful campaigns and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Brand Growth
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build and strengthen Oraimo's brand presence across Tanzania.
- Coordinate nationwide marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute billboard, outdoor, and display advertising initiatives.
- Manage relationships with marketing agencies and external partners.
- Coordinate creative development, marketing materials, and promotional assets.
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and marketing effectiveness.
- Prepare marketing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure marketing activities deliver measurable business results.
Vendor & Team Coordination
- Manage vendor relationships and team collaborations.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to achieve marketing objectives.
- Support brand activations and customer engagement programs.
Minimum Requirements
Candidates should possess:
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Practical experience in digital marketing.
- Experience managing marketing agencies and external partners.
- Knowledge of display and outdoor advertising.
- Strong computer proficiency and reporting skills.
- Understanding of the Tanzanian consumer market.
- Experience preparing marketing mockups and promotional materials.
