Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing video shoots.
- Support script preparation, location scouting and equipment setup.
- Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content.
- Capture professional-quality photographs for events and organizational activities.
- Support documentary filming, editing and content research.
- Design flyers, posters, social media graphics and presentations.
- Assist with creative campaign development and brainstorming sessions.
- Organize and maintain video, photography and graphic design assets on SharePoint and asset libraries.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned multimedia projects.
- Promote WaterAid’s values of equity, inclusion and safeguarding.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Television Studies, Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media or related field.
- Basic knowledge of camera operation and video equipment.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience using photography editing tools including Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.
- Understanding of color grading and audio mixing for video production.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital content formats.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Understanding of visual design, typography and layout principles.
