We are seeking seven (7) energetic, target-driven, and responsible MALE Loan Officers to join a growing financial services institution committed to empowering communities through financial inclusion.
Position Details
- Position: Loan Officer
- Vacancies: 7
- Location: Mara Region, Tanzania

- Key Requirement: Applicants must be able to ride a motorcycle (pikipiki)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit potential loan clients
- Assess and process loan applications
- Support loan disbursement activities
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Monitor loan performance and repayment
- Conduct field visits and community engagement activities
- Travel to clients and conduct field operations using a motorcycle where required
- Meet assigned loan disbursement, client acquisition, and repayment targets
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must possess any of the following:
- Form IV (CSEE)
- Form VI (ACSEE)
- Certificate, Diploma, or other College Qualification in any field
Added Advantage
Experience in any of the following areas will be highly considered:
- Microfinance
- Banking
- Sales & Marketing
- Lending Operations
- Customer Service
- Community Outreach
Additional Advantage:
- Ability to ride a motorcycle (pikipiki)
- Experience conducting field-based work or community outreach

Salary & Benefits
Net Salary: TZS 300,000 per month
