Role overview

People Project Co. Ltd is recruiting for a construction and infrastructure client in Dar es Salaam. Full-time, on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage machinery, vehicles and tools across project sites.
• Lead maintenance, repairs, workshop operations and equipment deployment.
• Control fuel, spare-parts, hire and maintenance costs.
• Maintain asset records, compliance documents and performance reports.
• Coordinate suppliers and lead mechanics, operators and plant teams.

Qualifications and experience

• Relevant engineering or heavy-equipment degree or diploma.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years supervising plant, equipment or maintenance teams.
• Heavy machinery, diagnostics, workshop, budgeting and Tanzanian compliance knowledge.
• Microsoft Office and fleet or asset-management systems skills.
