Andia Limited is recruiting a Procurement Officer to support supplier sourcing, purchasing, stock replenishment and procurement operations within its hardware equipment and supplies business.
The role is suitable for an organised professional with strong negotiation skills, procurement knowledge and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities

Source and evaluate suppliers for goods and services.

Prepare and process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.

Negotiate favourable prices, terms and conditions with suppliers.

Maintain accurate procurement records and files.

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.

Coordinate with stores, sales and finance teams.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant procurement experience, preferably in trading or hardware.

Supplier management and negotiation experience is an advantage.

Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel and email.

Familiarity with inventory management is an advantage.
