Role overview

NCBA Bank Tanzania seeks a Senior Manager, Trade Finance in Corporate and Institutional Banking. Reports to the Head of Corporate and Institutional Banking. One opening.

Key responsibilities

  • Grow trade-finance income and business volumes.
  • Develop client pipelines and structure working-capital solutions.
  • Negotiate suitable pricing and terms while controlling risk.
  • Support relationship managers, trade operations and credit teams.
  • Train staff and improve trade products and customer service.

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is an advantage.
  • At least 10 years in banking, including 3 years in senior management or leadership.
  • Trade-finance products, operations, business development and relationship-management experience.
  • Banking qualifications such as CDCS or CITF are advantages.
