Shopping Mall Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products to customers.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and presented.
- Track customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Support inventory monitoring and stock management activities.
- Prepare sales reports when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Good command of the English language.
- Age between 23 and 30 years preferred.
- Previous sales experience is an added advantage.
- Experience in hardware sales is highly preferred.
- Must own and regularly use a smartphone.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
