About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager – Human Resources to lead and drive the people agenda for a large-scale operational business in Zambia.

Key Requirements
✅ 15–20+ years of progressive HR experience
✅ Experience as AGM HR, DGM HR, GM HR, Head of HR, or Senior HR Manager
✅ Strong background in Mining, Metals, Manufacturing, EPC, Construction, Industrial, or Infrastructure sectors
✅ Proven success managing large and geographically distributed workforces
✅ Strong labour law, employee relations, and industrial relations expertise
✅ Experience working directly with executive leadership teams
✅ Strong workforce planning and manpower optimization experience
✅ Africa experience is highly desirable
✅ Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
✅ MBA, Master's Degree, PGDM, or equivalent HR qualification preferred
