The positions are based in Dar es Salaam and Morogoro and require experienced commercial-vehicle maintenance professionals capable of managing workshop operations, maintenance teams, vehicle diagnostics, repairs, preventive maintenance and spare-parts control.
The opportunity comes with a salary of USD 2,000 per month, plus accommodation, food, transport and health insurance.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Candidates should have:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial vehicle maintenance.
- At least 3 years of experience managing a workshop or maintenance team.
- Experience working with buses, coaches or heavy commercial vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics.
- Strong vehicle-repair knowledge.
- Experience in preventive maintenance.
- Experience in spare-parts control.
- Practical knowledge of workshop operations.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Strong planning skills.
- Strong team-management capabilities.
- Good command of English and Kiswahili.
- Willingness to relocate to Tanzania where applicable.
Added Advantage
Experience working with Yutong or other Chinese commercial vehicles will be an added advantage.
