NCBA Bank Tanzania seeks an Assistant Manager, ICT Risk in Enterprise Risk Management, reporting to the Head of Enterprise Risk Management. One opening.

Key responsibilities

• Assess ICT and cyber-security risks and technical controls.
• Review disaster recovery, business disruption and residual risks.
• Track corrective actions and support regulatory examinations.
• Improve risk frameworks, security policies, awareness and reporting.

Qualifications and experience

• Relevant university degree; a master’s degree is an advantage.
• Relevant certification such as CRISC, CISM, CISA, CISSP or equivalent.
• At least 4 years in a similar banking, technology or assurance role.
• Practical knowledge of Bank of Tanzania ICT-risk guidelines and financial-services risk/control frameworks.
