The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and operational efficiency across the manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Factory Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily production activities.
- Supervise factory personnel and ensure effective manpower allocation and discipline.
- Prepare production and operational reports and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
- Monitor machinery utilization, material consumption, production costs, wastage, and downtime.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce operational losses.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to workplace safety standards.
- Support continuous improvement projects to enhance factory efficiency and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Applications, Software Applications, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
