Role Overview
Successful candidates will oversee food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars, room service, and events while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily food and beverage operations.
- Maintain high service and quality standards.
- Manage inventory and cost controls.
- Oversee restaurant and bar performance.

Qualifications and Skills
Candidates should possess:
- 4 to 5 years of proven Food & Beverage operational experience.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent English communication skills.
