Location: Zanzibar, Tanzania
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Role Overview

Successful candidates will oversee food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars, room service, and events while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily food and beverage operations.
• Maintain high service and quality standards.
• Manage inventory and cost controls.
• Oversee restaurant and bar performance.
• Drive guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Support staff development and team leadership.
• Collaborate with hotel management on operational improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should possess:

• 4 to 5 years of proven Food & Beverage operational experience.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and hospitality operations.
• Experience working within international hospitality standards.
• Advanced customer service and guest relations skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
