Position: Field Fleet Officer

Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Duties

Successful candidates will:

• Support and visit merchants regularly.
• Handle POS, QR, and payment system issues.
• Train merchants on device usage and best practices.
• Maintain payment devices.
• Resolve merchant concerns and complaints.
• Improve customer retention and service quality.

Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Certificate or Diploma qualification.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid Class A Driving Licence.
• Motorcycle riding experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic technical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in field environments.
