Key Responsibilities

1. Networking & Infrastructure

• Implement, configure, and troubleshoot network infrastructure
• Deploy and support Switches, Wireless Controllers, NVRs, and CVRs
• Diagnose and resolve network faults and performance issues

2. Desktop & User Support

• Provide first-level technical support to users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues
• Escalate and support resolution of advanced technical problems

3. Project & Operations Support

• Support IT projects with awareness of risk and stakeholder management
• Assist in planning and executing IT deployments and upgrades

4. Team Support & Knowledge Sharing

• Provide technical guidance to IT Specialists
• Conduct basic training to improve team technical skills

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong understanding of networking principles
• Proven experience in desktop support and IT operations
• Exposure to IT project coordination is an added advantage
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
