Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with TCRA and UCSAF Zonal Teams on QoS issues, resolutions, and external interference visits.
- Perform service quality analysis using CSW / Meta Enterprise Centre tools.
- Prepare and submit Zonal Performance Reports to regulatory authorities (TCRA, UCSAF).
- Support technology teams in understanding customer needs through zonal market visits.
- Handle customer complaints escalated by regulators and other authorities.
- Interface with NOC teams to ensure timely resolution and feedback on complaints.
- Support regional Quality teams and work closely with Customer Service on VOC and NPS tracking and resolutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- University Degree in Telecommunications or an equivalent field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Experience in network optimization, quality performance, or customer management is an added advantage.
