Regional Director, East Africa

Responsibilities
- Lead regional commercial and operational performance.
- Grow revenue, expand markets and improve operational excellence.
- Build high-performing multicultural teams across African markets.
- Develop regional market connections and distribution networks.
- Apply strategic planning, negotiation and profit-and-loss management skills to sustainable growth.
Candidate requirements
- Proven experience in senior regional management or commercial leadership.
- Strong sales, distribution, business development and operations background.
- Experience managing multiple African markets and multicultural teams.
- Excellent East African market and distribution network knowledge.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, negotiation and P&L management skills.
- A track record of revenue growth, market expansion and operational excellence, with a hands-on and entrepreneurial approach.
- Preference for candidates already based in Kenya, Tanzania or Mozambique.
