Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily stock receipts, storage, and dispatch activities.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to support business operations.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of goods in the warehouse.
• Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate warehouse activities.
• Monitor stock movements and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Implement measures to prevent stock losses, damage, and shrinkage.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare stock reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years practical experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and stock management software.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
