Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily stock receipts, storage, and dispatch activities.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to support business operations.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of goods in the warehouse.
- Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate warehouse activities.
- Monitor stock movements and conduct regular inventory checks.
- Implement measures to prevent stock losses, damage, and shrinkage.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare stock reports.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years practical experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and stock management software.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
