Assignment Overview
VisionFund Tanzania Microfinance Bank Limited invites qualified and independent firms or individual assessors to submit proposals to conduct an External Quality Assessment (EQA) of its Internal Audit Function.
The assessment will evaluate the Internal Audit Function's conformity with the Global Internal Audit Standards and applicable professional requirements.
Scope of Assignment

Conformance with the Global Internal Audit Standards.

Independence, objectivity, governance and reporting arrangements.

Internal audit methodology, processes and practices.

Staff competencies, qualifications and resourcing.

Use of technology and data analytics.
Qualifications
Applicants should demonstrate relevant EQA and internal audit experience, knowledge of the Global Internal Audit Standards, appropriate professional qualifications and independence from the assessment.
Assignment Duration
Five weeks, comprising three weeks for planning and execution and two weeks for reporting, subject to negotiation.
