we are looking for a Digital and Online Sales Specialist who combines agricultural expertise with digital marketing skills. This role focuses on expanding our online presence, engaging with customers through digital platforms, and hosting live sessions to showcase our machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Live Broadcasting: Host engaging live streams on social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) to demonstrate product features, explain machinery mechanics, and interact with viewers in real-time.
- Digital Communication: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across all social media channels and messaging apps to maintain high engagement levels.
- Lead Conversion: Guide online prospects through the sales funnel, provide quotations, and convert digital interest into confirmed orders.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with marketing teams to produce short videos, posts, and photos highlighting our agricultural machinery and inputs, enhancing brand visibility.
- Technical Knowledge: Maintain a solid understanding of agricultural machinery (such as incubators, harvesters, and tillers) to answer technical questions during live sessions confidently.
- Technical Savvy and Equipment Use: Proficient with live streaming tools, social media algorithms, and broadcasting equipment to ensure high-quality presentations.
- Sector Knowledge: Possess a comprehensive understanding of agricultural machinery and inputs to deliver accurate and engaging content during live broadcasts.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven success in digital sales, social media management, or live broadcasting within the agricultural industry or related sectors, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Agricultural Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: High energy, confident on-camera presence, excellent verbal communication skills, and strong negotiation abilities. Proficiency with live streaming equipment and social media platforms is essential.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of agricultural machinery, including incubators, planters, harvesters, and inputs, to answer technical questions accurately during live sessions.
- Digital Skills: Familiarity with social media algorithms, live streaming software, and digital marketing strategies.
- Network: Existing contacts within the farming community or agricultural cooperatives are a significant advantage.
