Fabec Investment Limited is recruiting a Supervisor to oversee operational employees and coordinate mining or crushing plant activities.

The role requires experience leading operational teams, maintaining production targets, enforcing safety standards and preparing daily reports.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise plant operators, mechanics and general workers during assigned shifts.
- Plan tasks, enforce HSE requirements and monitor production targets.
- Manage shift handovers and prepare daily production reports.

Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Engineering, Mining or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum three years' experience in mining or crushing operations, including a lead role.
- Strong communication and team leadership skills.
- Basic computer skills for reporting.
